The Covent Garden Hotel's Sake Martini – Recipe
To try something unique, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
